UltraVera (Jilthera) is a non-surgical vaginal care device that delivers high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) inside the vagina.

01. HIFU energy delivery
HIFU stands for high-intensity focused ultrasound. Focused ultrasound reaches the mucosa or vaginal muscle tissue at a depth of about 1.5 to 4.5 mm while causing almost no damage to other cells.
02. Three cartridges
It uses three cartridges to deliver energy at different depths, so the procedure can be tailored to your concern.
The 1.5 mm cartridge supports renewal of the superficial dermis. 
The 3.0 mm cartridge acts on the dermis. 
The 4.5 mm cartridge tightens the slack muscle layer.
03. A 360-degree rotating tip
Once the 360-degree rotating tip is placed in the vagina, focused ultrasound is delivered from deep inside the vagina to the entrance, and from the mucosal layer to the muscle layer.

AFTERCARE
After your UltraVera procedure
After 24 hours
You can have sex after 24 hours.
You can have sex 24 hours after the procedure. If you had a laser procedure and an injection procedure together, please avoid sex for about 3 to 4 days.
One week
You may have discharge or a feeling of dryness for a week.
- You may have some temporary discharge for a week, and occasionally a feeling of dryness for a week.
- Occasionally, symptoms similar to vaginitis may appear, but these settle after a week. (If the discomfort continues, please contact the clinic.)
- Exercise is fine, but we recommend waiting a week before drinking alcohol.
1–3 months
The effects appear one to two months after the procedure.
With Viveve, the effects appear after 1 to 3 months; with Revive (ISIS), they appear after 1 to 2 months.
Daily life
Please follow this advice in daily life.
Avoiding hot and cold baths for 2 weeks will help you get better results.
