UltraVera (Jilthera) is a non-surgical vaginal care device that delivers high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) inside the vagina.

01. HIFU energy delivery
HIFU stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. Focused ultrasound does almost no damage to other cells while reaching the mucosa or vaginal muscle tissue at a depth of about 1.5 to 4.5 mm.
02. Three cartridges
It uses three cartridges to deliver energy at different depths, so the procedure can be tailored to your concern.
1.5 mm acts on renewal of the shallow dermis. 
3.0 mm acts on the dermis. 
4.5 mm tightens the slack muscle layer.
03. A tip that rotates 360 degrees
When the tip, which can rotate 360 degrees, is placed in the vagina, focused ultrasound is delivered from deep inside the vagina to the entrance, and from the mucosal layer to the muscle layer.

AFTERCARE
After UltraVera
After 24 hours
Sex is possible after 24 hours.
Sex is possible 24 hours after the procedure. If you had laser and injection procedures together, please avoid sex for about 3 to 4 days.
One week
Discharge or a dry feeling may appear for a week.
- You may temporarily have discharge for a week, and occasionally a dry feeling may appear for a week.
- Occasionally symptoms like vaginitis may appear, but they settle after a week. (If the discomfort continues, please contact the clinic.)
- Exercise is fine, but we recommend waiting a week before drinking alcohol.
1 to 3 months
The effect appears a month or two after the procedure.
With Viveve the effect appears after 1 to 3 months, and with Revive (Isis) it appears after 1 to 2 months.
Daily life
Please keep to this in daily life.
Avoiding hot and cold baths for 2 weeks will help you get a better result.
